Calibration Services

Quantum offers a full calibration service for all our products. This includes a complete electronic system check, confirmation that alarm points are exact, use of certified test gases and a formal calibration certificate. This provides your organisation with independent certification to show due diligence. We recommend that our products are calibrated every twelve months as a minimum requirement. Calibration can be undertaken on site, or at Quantum, as required and where appropriate includes change of gas sensor packs :-


On Site Calibration

Quantum engineers can undertake an on site calibration/service visit. This has the advantage that there is no loss of cover of the equipment and the engineer can check correct equipment location (gas monitors can be fitted at incorrect heights) and full system functionality. This includes safety valves, BMS connections and other ancillary devices.

In House Calibration

Calibration services can be also provided at Quantum. If you wish to use this service, please ensure that adequate provisions are in place to protect staff in the absence of safety equipment . Quantum can provide temporary loan equipment if required.
